Large format signage

client: The UPS Store

Task: Create signage that draws people to the front desk. develop a design and art direct a CGI vendor to execute it. 

This project required a lot of thought and organization. I worked with a CGI art house, specialized print production and a team of installers to figure this out. 

Sketch

Drew up a concept for a wave of documents, on which rode the principal services The UPS Store has to offer. This first, basic idea was the goalpost we pointed towrads throughout the development process. 

refinement

The vendor took my sketch and direction and started to locate the hero elements. We went through 7 stages of refining and adjusting before we could start the rendering process. 

Conclusion

After many rounds we had a final product. The board curves around the woman in the center, and what she is holding can be changed out based on the current promotion. 

Some stores had limited space, and required a vertical menu board. We took all the elements from the vertical version and created waterfall version of the menu board.
